  • You’ll be able to schedule directly on the MindBody app or we will reach out to you if we see you purchased the bundle but have yet to schedule.

  • We typically recommend you use your PT evaluation as soon as possible in your pregnancy so we can help guide you through each trimester. Chiropractic evaluations are best to start in the second trimester.

  • Your first appointment can be as soon as 2 weeks postpartum after a vaginal delivery to assess healing and begin VERY gentle, guided movement.

  • Absolutely! You are in an optimal position to be proactive and prepare your body for the smoothest pregnancy and birth possible. We love supporting preventative mindsets and goals.

  • We do not. We do take HSA or FSA, but we are not in network with any insurance plans.

  • We offer FREE Strategy Calls to meet you prior to beginning care or answer any lingering questions to find out if Key to Change is the right fit for you. You can book with either provider and if you’d like to meet both, that can be arranged. The $25 deposit is totally refundable if you choose not to pursue care. No pressure!
